Lisa’s story

Lisa has been challenged with chronic health issues, disordered eating, and body image worries. Through her extensive work on herself and attaining the ability to manage these challenges, Lisa has developed a deep understanding of what her clients face and she guides them with experience and compassion.

Lisa creates an environment of comfort, compassion, humor, and love with a system that is simple and easy to understand. Using various techniques and expertise around disordered eating and chronic health issues, Lisa helps you develop a practice and plan that allows you to manage symptoms, live a life of presence, and find a sense of freedom.

Lisa extensive work with mindfulness, positive psychology, meditation, pain reprocessing, emotional intuitive eating, self-compassion, and health coaching allows her to create a unique and simple way to for you to heal.

She also incorporates somatic body awareness into her practice. This approach guides individuals to delve deeper into exploring their issues by paying attention to the messages their bodies convey through illness and physical sensations.
